According to an article published in The Journal of Clinical Psychology, almost half of all Americans make New Year's resolutions. Of those, however, only 8% are likely to succeed. Among all the various resolutions, the most common one is losing weight. Some might ask if it's worth it to make a New Year's resolution if the success rate is so low.
